IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

IEMT stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy. A technique which can be used alone, or with my hypnotherapy and NLP.

IEMT works for many problems such as Guilt, Shame, Regret, Remorse, Anger, Frustration, Stress, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Self Esteem and Self Belief, and more.

IEMT is an amazingly quick technique for changing undesired, unhelpful emotional and identity imprints.

It focuses on the imprints throughout our life when we are exposed to certain people, events or experiences. This can lead to negative thinking/emotions about things, even creating PTSD or phobias.

With a number of techniques we are able to address how the client learned to feel the way they do about the thing that troubles them, as well as how they learned to be the way they are and this brings about rapid change.

IEMT can also work on negative patterns of behaviour that we acquire such as addictions, road rage etc. It can also be used for personal development.

Eye movement therapies are believed to be particularly effective for reducing the emotional impact of intrusive imagery and flashbacks, so that the imagery becomes far less disturbing.

IEMT differs from other eye movement therapies in that the therapist precisely calibrates which axis to move the clients eyes through, rather than a random or basic left to right movement, enabling exploration to be precise and change to occur rapidly.

So if hypnotherapy isn’t for you, maybe I can still help. It is quite a direct and different approach to hypnotherapy.
