Anxiety appears in everybody’s lives at some point, but sometimes this can become overpowering and affect our day to day living. Anxiety is just a fear, and almost all anxiety is imagined. We think about how we may have a panic attack going shopping, or we may think that we won’t enjoy that party later on, or that person won’t like me, but all of this is imagined, and normally it doesn’t work out the way you’ve negatively rehearsed it. It is basically your sympathetic nervous system just being on overdrive, and we can change that through hypnosis.
Fed up, tired, lack of appetite or motivation? Feeling down or mild depression affects most people from time to time. For sufferers of more severe depression, this sadness can affect almost every part of their daily lives and for months at a time. Depression is not a sign of weakness or something to simply “snap out of”.
